As a lifetime resident of Ojai, I’ve always felt deeply connected to this community and the families who call it home. My love for children guided my education—I earned a BA in Child Development and have spent over 15 years working as a professional nanny.
Over the years, serving families in Ojai, Montecito, Santa Barbara, and the surrounding areas, I noticed a gap: parents often struggled to find reliable, qualified babysitters for last-minute needs, hotel stays, weddings, and special events. Babysitting 805 was born out of that need. I wanted to create a service that combined expertise, professionalism, and peace of mind for families—whether they’re local or visiting.
My Commitment to Safety and Excellence:
I believe that trust begins with transparency and rigorous standards. That’s why I maintain the most extensive background screening available, including fingerprinting filed with the State of California. I am CPR and First Aid Certified, a Certified Montessori Method Nanny, and have completed Advanced Child Safety Training through the American Red Cross. As a provider featured on the Care website, I am highly rated and have tons of positive reviews. I’ve also studied Art Therapy for Children, bringing creativity and emotional support into my care.
